A lil intro about me...:)

Holla buddies.....this is bobby from HyDerABad leading a happy life because of my parents,friends,my dog snoopy (the black beauty) and most especially GOD. I'm really thankful to god for giving me such an exceptional & adorable parents. I have got the most beautiful parents wen compared to others.There love is sumthing that i cant explain with few words. My father has always kept trust on me and supported me in all the ways that he can and everything i achieved or got till now is bcoz of my mom. I am nothing without them and i'm for them.I got an younger brother too whose has been supporting me at all the things i do and my life would have been very hard without him.We got another important member in our family  that is our loving dog snoopy.Though it looks like a hound for others,its a cutie for us. It always makes weird sounds like grrrrrrrr on me  and some times it also licks me with love.

Life @ 2011

          2011, as expected became one of the important year in my life. It was quoted important because this is the year i have completed my graduation and able to fulfill my parents and my wish i,e. to got placed for an MNC. I'm really happy about that and the only thing i'm worried is my joining date which remained a great suspense not only to me but also to all 427 people who got placed for the same company and on the same day.Its been three months i have placed and since then i do check my mails daily for my offer letter or any news about the joining date.For now the only info i got from my hr is that the joining date would be tentatively on January of next year.
          Coming back to 2011, it has been a year with good,bad,ups,downs,many happy moments and equal number of sad moments too :-(.This year started in a great way  that i never expected.I still remember it was around 10pm on 31st of Dec 2010, that's when i got a shocking news from one of ma class mate i,e; our fourth year first semester results are out.That news put all our 31st celebration plans down and i started checking my result but i couldn't get them due to heavy load on our jntu server which is a common thing since our last five semesters.Unknowingly time passed in quicker way and its was 12 and the new year arrived.I had a small prayer to god which i would do every year and wished my dad a very happy new year.After that i walked towards my pc to have a look whether the page has been opened and magically i could find my result with a good percentage(For me its good as i am an avg student).
           2011 has been almost came to an end with last two months left adding lots of memories to my life journey.These memories include the last days we spent in our college enjoying funny chats with friends,working on our academic projects,birthday parties,get together parties and one of the most important was the trip to vizag n araku with our classmates.Now i miss all of them which some times hurts me a lot and moving ahead in this crazy life.There are number of moments i enjoyed myself in this year and also a more number of sad moments which i could not digest till now and i still feel real bad about that.One thing to be remembered is life comes as it is designed by god, we just got to move forward.

ON THE WAY TO PERUPALEM BEACH-BHIMAVARAM-AP

my first post

 I have completed my btech few months ago and since then i was sitting at home without any useful work.I still wonder how i passed my time in these last three months.I usually start my day with brush in my mouth and news paper in my hand.  Last week i was going through a news paper where i had seen a job posting.It was posted by polaris company and for the requirement of customer care executives.I have got a plan of joining a bpo by then so i immediately took the phone called my friend who is also looking for similar kind of job and we both decided to attend the interview.After that call i started myself getting ready for the interview but i found that i don't have a single copy of my resume and photograph with me which are prerequisites for any interview.So i decided to get them on my way to that company.It was quite difficult for us to find that company near Hitec city area where we can find hundreds of software companies.At last we made it to polaris and filled the required details at the entrance.On entering into the office we saw a bunch of people waiting for the interview and few hr's moving here and there with some documents in there hands.Waiting for more than hour we got a call from respective HR.It was a quite simple interview and i had done with it.Though the salary package it too low i have decided to get into it because there was no bond and also i was also desperate to work rather than sitting lonely at home which is irking me a lot since quite few days.                                                      
           19th sep'11 has become one of the important day in my life as it was first day of my corporate life.I was really excited as it was first day of my work.Though it was not the way i want to get into but still it was really exciting for me.It was quite horrible day too for me.They asked us to fill some joining formality applications and made us to wait for really almost freaking  6 hours for induction class.It lasted for really an hour presenting a paper presentation on companies policies and guidelines.It was 7 O clock by then and its almost 8 hours we were in that office.It was horrible situation for me and also all those people who came for that joining to wait for such a long time without proper lunch.Everyone was expecting to get out of that office but the hr people wants us to wait further for completing bank details.At last we completed that to and came out by 9pm.We were half dead by then and rushed home as early as we can on my bike.The day started with tons of excitement and made us sick by the end of the day.
          The next day we came to know that we will been trained the next ten days continuously about the client we were working onto.As a customer care executive i would be responsible for taking up calls from our customers.For that we need to be trained on the product i.e; videocon d2h.We have been assigned a training room which is quite stuffy and has few vintage desktops.The training started with the introduction of our trainer and ourselves too.Our trainer is Mr Manoj who has got quite good experience in this bpo industry and is been good at teaching.Most of the trainees who sat along with me in that class were from different states and also from different fields of education.The only friend who i have got in that company has been shifted to other training room leaving me alone.Never mind i got new one's in my class too and i'm happy with them.This is the sixth day of my training and it was fun for all of us as we indulge both in work and entertainment.Hope it remains same for the short time i work for this company.
